Shipping Information
Free economy shipping (5-8 days ship time after order is processed) for orders over $100!
General shipping prices will be clearly listed on the checkout screen, to allow for flexibility in how fast and how much you'd like to spend on shipping costs under $100. Generally, shipping fees are:
Economy under $100 spent and orders between 0.1-5lbs is: $4.90 (5-8 business days)
Economy under $100 spent and orders between 5-70lbs is: $19.90 (5-8 business days)
Standard shipping (3-4 business days after order processing) and orders between 0.1-1lbs is: $6.90
Standard shipping (3-4 business days after order processing) and orders between 1-5bs is: $9.90
**Rates may change due to USPS. I will never charge more than the actual shipping fees. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs, please do not hesitate to reach out via chat box in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. We are a small, independent company and are quick to respond! I want to ensure your satisfaction.
There are a select few items in the shop that are handmade, shipping from the source, in Uganda. Shipping times may exceed the time listed above, but the pricing is the same.
Return Information
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 business days of receiving the order.
Clothing items: Please be aware that measurement may not be exactly shown on the listing as it may be slightly different due to the measuring method. We can process a return on buyers' pay for return.
Items damaged through wear, removal of tags, as well as normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Items must be in new condition with tag and original packing slip for return. We do not provide a return label for refunds or exchange. The only time we will provide a return label is when a wrong item is shipped. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 2 business days in order for an eligible exchange.
We do not provide refunds on damaged items, but only exchange. *Please note that Christmas related products such as decoration/Christmas theme clothing and home items are non-refundable (exchange only if arrived damaged, limited stock may hinder availability, store refund will be issued if so).
No refund on clearance items, however exchange only if item is damaged upon arrival (clearance items have limited stock, if we are unable to exchange, then a store refund will be issued). Please notify us within 3 days upon delivery if exchange is needed. Customers must return the item back to our office at their own cost in order for us to process the replacement.
Lost package (domestic US only). If the package is lost in transit, we will reship another package. If the shipping status shows delivered on the courier website, we consider the package is shipped and delivered successfully and no reshipment will be processed. Sellers may request to file a claim, but a case number, along with the staff/agent's name and number must be provided within 2 business days from the date of delivery (provided by the courier). We do not guarantee any claim outcome, but with the evidence, we will do our best to file a claim on the lost package. We will also need a copy of a Photo ID of the recipient that shows he/she is the recipient at the shipping address. For security purposes, we may also require a 2nd piece of ID to verify the identity of the recipient in order for us to file a claim on the lost package.
If the shipping courier left a notice for pick up, and the recipient refuses to retrieve the package, resulting in the package being "returned to sender", we will not be responsible for any refund or lost shipment, as it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the package within the given time period.
